I have several friends right now suffering the loss of a loved one so I pulled out my Sweet N Sassy stamp sets. For the inside, I used SNSS Sympathy Innies. I really like this set because I don't always know what to say.
The butterfly is from the SNSS New Creature stamp set and the sentiment is from the Lovely Lotus stamp set.
Carey has a beautiful sketch this week for us with SC660. Most people have a reason for flipping the sketch when they flip them, it works better for their image, etc, etc. I do NOT have a good reason. I had the sketch on my computer screen the entire time I was creating.....and just somehow flipped the triangles! Maybe it was just a meant to be a thing.
I played along with this week's CC650 Soft Cake with a Tranquil Twist and used the first color palette. I colored the butterfly with the Chameleon Color Tones markers and blending Color Tops in colors close to the CC colors.
TfL!
I have more photos on my blog including colors listed.

These colors work fabulously together!! I love how you flipped the sketch too. It's too bad that you find yourself making so many sympathy cards now. I like the way you used even your silk flowers to mimic the sketch. Very pretty!!

Absolutely wonderful color combination Angie! This card is a terrific sympathy card with that beautiful butterfly and great sentiment. I agree it is a very lovely sentiment when you just don't know what to say. So sorry you have to make this for your friends.
