I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of alcohol ink in today's Featured Stamper gallery. Calex has an amazing gallery and does such beautiful work with backgrounds of all kinds. Also, I now want to move to Vancouver, so I could stamp with her and her crew
I thought this was a fabulous and fun card. It inspired me to just smoosh a bunch of alcohol inks together (this is Lettuce, Teakwood, and Sunshine Yellow). Then I splattered blender solution and silver and white mixatives all over it.
After it dried, I found this leaf stencil and sponged it on with Stazon ink. I love how the Stazon doesn't cover the silver mixative. Then I drew in the stem from the leafs to the main branch with Sharpie marker. Finished with my favorite SU sentiment, because I thought this card had a magical fairy tale feel. And also tomorrow is my 7th wedding anniversary.

Wow - I love this and now I want some silver mixative and blender solution so I can make something like this. It does have a magical feel. Happy Anniversary! Great card, Jennifer and lovely case of Christine.

What a GORGEOUS bg of alcohol inks enhanced with your other mixed medias. Love the bokeh effect that you've achieved...truly a great look! Love that silhouetted leaf and perfect sentiment!
