Ally (thecircleguru) hosted today's sketch challenge. The sketch is unique, and I took the liberty to modify it slightly. When creating, I used the sketch upside down, and I didn't trim the side of the image circle (panel 4 of the sketch).
The image on my card is one designed by SCS' outstanding artist, Crissy Armstrong (#1artist4highhopes). I used copics to color the image, cut it out using a CottageCutz circle die, and adhered a circular piece of Hero Arts Swirl Tissue Paper to the back.
Because the penguin is enjoying sweet watermelon, I decided to make a strip (panel 3 of sketch) of watermelon seeds. Because he is sitting in a bed of flowers, I decided to add a strip of tiny flowers for panel 2 of the sketch.
I assembled the card using foam tape to adhere the image and tissue paper to the card.

Fabulous take on the sketch. Love how you turned it upside down! Love the penguin eating watermelon! The strip of seeds and another of flowers looks awesome. Love, love your coloring on the image. Expert quality. Terrific card! TFS
