I love this dog stamp from Viva Las Vegas stamps....he makes me laugh. Anyway.....The background of this is not dp per se....I stamped it using an argyle set from PTI...first I stamped the diamonds in red and then the dotted outline in black. The stamps are approx 2 rows so I had to stamp them several times. It was a bit time consuming but my MISTI helped. I really like how it turned out. BTW-I did stamp it on some off white slightly patterned paper from Prima (?)..I wanted it to have a vintage feel. The sentiment is hard to read..it says Born to be...Lucky. The rest is pretty much self explanatory. TFL!

This has me laughing, Polly! That gambling dog is hilarious
I love your hand made background - definitely worth the time, and the real playing cards are the perfect touch! Great card and challenge today!

Well, Polly, you did a fantastic job with that diamond bg, it does look vintage, too! That pooch is looking very serious about his card playing, and anybody who doesn't cross him should be considered lucky. Great and fun card!

Such a cute card, and I love those eyes on this dog. Love that array of cards showing his lucky hand. Great design, Polly.

This reminds me of that one old picture that has a bunch of dogs playing poker at the table. He has a good poker face doesn't he? Great card Polly!
