I've never died anything with tea before, so this was a fun challenge for me. The lace came out alright, but the ribbon didn't seem to want to absorb the colour. I don't know anything about tea, or fabric or dying things so I'm not sure why.

I have long loved tea dyed items....and your lace looks beautiful.....the tea gives it a vintage look.....kudos to you for trying something new and meeting was success......

I personally like the contrast with the tea dyed lace & white flower. It's pairs perfectly with your DP and love the stamped image. Beautiful wedding card!!

Love your beautiful wedding card , Jo. A "?JO" creation, for sure. (Many times natural fibers take dye much better than ones with synthetics mixed in....might be the reason the ribbon resisted the tea stain)....just a thought)
