For this week's die cuts technique challenge, and for this week's light CAS challenge.
I found the bg panel in a stack of scraps from an ancient attempt at multi-media. Clearly, I've forgotten which pigments and re-inkers were used, and I think this may have been an extra piece of cs that I'd used to mop up the craft mat. It's a mystery. Anyway, it works for the neighborhood skyline...
I layered scraps of midnight muse (retired 2014) behind the buildings, cutting a tiny window for the lit room. I'd used colored pencils to place a glow in that room and around the street lamps.
