I searched and searched until I could search no more looking for a sun image. No luck there, so I opted to use a moon. I don't think I've ever used the sun on any of my cards. Of course, this required a little cheating today. I'm getting so used to this...
Prickley Pear has brought to market a beautiful set of Christmas birds and sentiments. I simply stamped this with barn door and swooshed the same ink pad across the bg.
Today's card is casing a gorgeous card created by SusanBri found here: Snowy Owl by susanbri at Splitcoaststampers. I only discovered this beauty today when I was looking through the cardinal birds gallery. Susan, your work is incredible.
I did add a twig from our backyard which looks like it went through a rough winter, so I added that and some gold frontage as Susan did and called it a day.

So bright and beautiful, Anne, and the twig is such a special touch. That's a great Cardinal image!

Oh my goodness, this is absolutely a gorgeous Christmas card. I love the design. Love the addition of the twig, and the smattering of gold is perfect. Gorgeous, I love, love, love it. tfs.

Wow Lady Anne, what a gorgeous stunner this is! You've been busy I see and working on Christmas too! Your case is perfect - I too admired Susan's owl when first I saw it. I'm going to have to check out this gold frontage you used since I am totally unfamiliar with it. I love your beautiful red framed with that doubly pierced frame. Drats, another die to look for! :-)
