I've combined two challenges today: F4A334 asked that we 'frame' something on our cards while MIX181 asked that we used a button from our mom's stash.
This is where I was forced to cheat. I do have my mom's old buttons, but nothing that would go with this framed card. I do have buttons from my stash going back years and years. When my children were small, I used to knit season sweaters for them. I used to affix sweet seasonal buttons to them. These leftover buttons came from 2 white sweaters and these left over red heart buttons. Hope this qualifies. Trust me, they are old.
Fun challenges ladies. Thanks so much.

Oh, what a sweet card. I love the bg dp, and that sweet little image, that is looking so lovingly at all the yummy items on her wish list. Love the pink gingham bg dp, and the pink and white frame. The heart buttons, add just the right touch of red, to this, oh so precious card. Great combo of challenges. Great design. I love it. Into my faves. tfs.

Really, Anne???? You knitted sweaters for your kids? Mine were excited if I baked a real chicken rather than opening cans and boxes. The little girl looking into tge frame at all the candy is adorable. You sure used those buttons in a creative way. You are surprising me in a good way - I would never list pink as one of your fav colors.
