I cut a circle slightly larger than my circular opening and embossed that with a happy birthday ef. Attached this to the card front. Die cut separate stitched panel, and then die cut the circle from the same piece, stamping stars in the corners. Added stickles to the stars for some sparkle! Stamped 3 of the big candle outlines on pp, and fussy cut. Die cut the flames from the SU! bird punch from yellow glitter cs. Stamped sentiment and then popped up panel, candles, and flames with dimensionals.
For the envelope, I had just recently got an envelope liner template and boy, is that slick! Traced it, cut it, and positioned it- and done! Easy peasy, but it really makes a nice pop when you open the envelope! I have taken a close up up the card here if you care to look.

Oh, Maura, what a fabulous and "happy" birthday card! I love the sweet little candles and the embossing inside, and the envelope is a real "pop" too. Yes, I think it's fun to open envelopes with beautiful linings inside. Great template. Beautifully done! Hugs!
