Had to try the technique challenge to paint on stamps. Painted on MFT background stamps with SU re-inkers then cut stamped cardstock into fabric shapes. Die cut buttons. Painted MFT butterfly stamp with SU wc crayons and stamped on wc paper. Stitched some shapes together with a French knot. Ran card front through EF. Arranged shapes on card front added framed sentiment, ribbon and twine. These are the colors for the weekly color challenge and it fits the teapot theme.

So much work and love went into your cards .... I love that you even added french knots and lace!

Oh, Becky, I have received this card and can tell you (and everyone) that is surely far more beautiful in real life! I love the painted butterfly and the beautiful "scraps of fabric" you've made and sewn on using beautiful French knots! I love the sweet button dies and the lovely lace and floss bow. So pretty on the embossed background. And I hope when you are in our area the next time that you will contact me, and perhaps we can find a way to get together. I know my sweet friend BeckyTE and I love getting to meet SCSers. We've met Nancy Stizlow (stiz2003) and Heather (Isaiah40:31) so far. Thank you so much for making this card and for sending it to me - I love it! I am so touched by your coming to the tea party for me! I am so encouraged and feel so loved. Thank you, sweet friend! xoxo
