I layered the card base together first, then punched the border onto the Always Artichoke CS. I punched out the Scalloped circle then rubbed the scallops onto the versa mark pad. I sprinkled the embossing powder onto it, tapped the excess off and heat embossed it. It was hard to tell how much versamark I got onto the scallops, so it ended up a little more uneven than I had anticipated. I stamped the leaf and fussy cut it out, curled the tips of the leaf slightly and glued it to the scalloped circle. I put the ribbon onto the top layer, added the brads then made and added the sentiment flag. I popped this layer up on dimensionals and added the scalloped circle on another layer of dimensionals.

I love the texture that the heat embossing added to the scallop. The uneven embossing makes it look vintage. Glad you played along with the As You See It Challenge blog!
