It's also for the CCEE Stampers; Frances tells us that tomorrow is Bow Tie Day, and asks us to include any type of bow on our cards. Well, I bought this die set primarily for a moustache card last year, but since it included a bow tie, why not use it!!
Bird Crazy, stamped on a book page and coloured with pencils. Also stamped on white card, which was stamped with Aida Cloth in Forest Moss and sponged a little, then I added the fussy-cut bird.
For the main layer, I used TLC438 Metal Foil Tape Art, instructions in link. I used assorted dies, and drywall mesh under the foil, then used black paint, and a tracing wheel for more texture.
I used the Retro Masculine dies from IO for hat, glasses and bow tie. Because I cut the glasses from a tomato paste tube, they were slightly flexible and I was able to make them a perfect fit, then filling them with Glossy Accents. Hello (SU word die) is also cut from the tomato paste tube. I did the hat with faux suede, black card distressed and pulled apart.

Totally creative and delightful card, Sabrina....but every card you make is something out-of-the-ordinary. Metal from a tomato paste tube.....who but you would have thought?? Your creativity knows no limits.

You created an awesome bird but didn't stop there and went on to an eye catching bkgrd. Or was it the other way around? At any rate I love everything about this card.

This is adorable. I love the texture that you created in the BG. Love the glasses and Hello in metal as well. I've got to find those tomato paste tubes somewhere...never heard of them before.

Those glasses are the best! This is so adorable!!! Love the crazy birds anyway but the way people are altering them is "Hot Sauce" and I LOVE it! You bg is dynomite and I love that hello made from the tube. I have to try that. I have tried soda cans before but I need to try the tomatoe paste tube! It is awesome!!!

I am beginning to sound like a broken record....but this is amazing. Each time I see a card by you it is my new favorite. The "metal" bg is gorgeou, and it looks great with the gold accents. Into my favs.
