I was looking through my gallery and saw a lot of views for my studio area from quite some time ago. This is a sort of "update."
I have since switched to the EZ View Desk which I love. Even though this photo is 1-1/2 years old, my set-up is basically the same... there is just a lot less in the closet, and the desktop has changed. I do more than just stamping now, so even though the DVD towers still hold stamp sets, the drawers in the closet are gone and my space is geared toward other types of artwork.
I will post version 3 soon .

I don't have a craft desk. There is just no space for another one in my craftspace. So I stand when I craft but it's right in front of a window too. Perfect lighting for videos

I am thinking about getting this desk. Do you recommend it or can you tell me more about your experience with the desk. I am mainly into rubber stamping. Any feed back would help thanks

I can absolutely recommend this desk! You also have the option of adding a drawer on each side - I didn't want it to be that high.
I used it initially for rubber stamping and drawing, and now it contains pretty much all of my art supplies and I use it also for working in metal embossing and polymer clay.
There is a lot of storage in each pedestal including Velcro-attached clear bags on the inside of the doors.
The drawers obviously go the full depth of the desk. The two on the side are quite shallow, but very useful. It's great to be able to see all of the little things that used to be in boxes in the closet - everything is within reach.
The clear top sits on basically a ridge all the way around, and of course there is a miniscule space between the top and the frame of the desk... when you "sweep" little particles of whatever into the trash, etc., some can get caught in there and it looks a little messy (to me anyway). I am going to get a sheet of plexiglass at some point to cover the entire top to prevent that. But if you are careful you can avoid it. I didn't realize it was happening at first.
It's funny to look at this photo because my entire configuration has changed now! I only have one DVD tower and most of what is in the closet is long gone.
You may also notice that there isn't a lot of clearance between the chair and the front drawers for your legs in the keyhole. I've had a hard time finding the right chair. Possibly I will add the drawers at some point and then an adjustable height drafting chair (my chair of many years died and this one in the photo was a poor substitute). I don't use the ink pad holders there anymore, so I have some room under the windows.
