I spritzed the rubbed on ink on my embossing folder and then placed the paper between the folder to get this subtle color for the background. I stamped the flowers over that and added the sentiment. Then I stamped some tiny dots on with one of those itty bitty background stamps Stampin' Up had years ago. I love those little stamps. Some things should never be retired when they can be used to create backgrounds. It sure beats splatter painting.

Your flowers are lovely and the embossing folder background looks amazing. I completely agree with you about the stamp with the tiny random dots; I still have that stamp and you are right, it is so much easier than ink spattering with a wet water brush!
