Pretty soon the dandylions will be in bloom and every kid knows when that happens it is time for Mother's Day! I can't think of one Mother who has never received that precious gift from the front yard! LOL I got some DP from Mikes a week or two ago (like I need more DP) but they practically begged me to take it out of the store! I didn't want to disappoint the clerk or make her lose her job so I decided to be a nice person and oblige. I really loved the colours and just so happens is a pretty close match with some Calypso Coral I had. I also used some dies that hadn't seen the light of day for a very long time and my favourite double punches from Nellie Snellen.
Something old ~(older than dirt) punches, cardstock, pearls, dies (very old)!
Something new ~ D.P & greeting

Gorgeous and beautifully designed Mother's Day card, Sue. Not only do I love your color choices, but the way the flowering foliage goes from the circle onto the sentiment panel is GENIUS! The pearl centers are an elegant touch.

What a beautiful spray of flowers for a mom. What a sweety, I probably would of had a hard time to say no as well, but I laugh as yesterday I just went through my dp piles and got rid of a bunch, I bough as was a good deal and never hardly used, wierd colors. but you sure turned these around wonderfully. great job with the sketch and Ty for sharing...:0)

Sue, I really think you needed this paper..........they forced you. What a pretty color combo it is, and how wonderfully it looks with the flowers and leaves. I had to giggle over your comment about dandelions.........often had some stuck in a glass on the kitchen windowsill!

Wow! This is an absolutely beautiful Mother's Day card! I love the colors of the design paper (so glad you bought it) and the sweet, pretty punched flowers and leaves.

This is incredibly pretty. The colours you have used for your flowers and leaves are such a great match for your pretty design paper too. So fresh and crisp. Lovely work.
