For this week's CAS316 Kathy is challenging us to create without reaching for the Designer Paper!
I enjoyed coloring the image with my Chameleon Pens! I was able to achieve layered tones with just one pen for the flower petals.
I am sorry that I missed Misti's VSN challenge to CASE Tammie E., one of our TREASURED hostesses but I just couldn't quite get the card photographed in time! I did use this gorgeous card as inspiration. Tammie's DP inspired me to pull out my checked ribbon and I chose a nice bright color for my flower as Tammie's flower just pops!
Tammie, I am a huge fan and when I grow up I want to color just like you!

Beautiful, vibrant coloring of that flower and the teal background is a perfect choice. Your white offsets the image perfectly and the black and white gingham is a great touch!

Oh this is just stunning, Angie. The beautifully colored flower with my fav black and white ribbon is gorgeous. You chose perfect colors for your flower and bg. Such a bold, happy feeling card. It pops right out of the gallery. I sure hope things are calmer at your house this week and that all of you are doing better. Hugs to all.

Dang, Angie, this is gorgeous! Love all the white space...it just makes the flower pop! You rock the Chameleon markers, my friend! To quote my son when he was little, "you've got mad skillz!" Thanks for CASE'ing me! *hugs*
