This technique was taught by Shari Carroll in the OCC Stretch Your Stamps class. The most difficult part is placing the squares! I chose to use UTEE over my die cut sentiment and the bodies for the dragonflies. The dragonfly wings are green vellum with Peacock Liquid Pearls lightly brushed on for a pearlescent shine.

Thanks, everyone. It was just a happy coincidence that I had the damask panel already stamped but just hadn't known what to do with it. Shari's lesson pointed me in exactly the way I needed to go. Because the colors were so bright, I needed to use black to let the sentiment stand out and ground the card.
Glad people are liking it.

This technique was taught during the Online Card Classes "Stretch Your Stamps" lesson by Shari Carroll. Only people that signed up for the class are able to access the videos and PDFs. The classes are beyond great, so I try to sign up for many of the classes that are offered.
