My background is embossed in gold and then sponged with distress and other inks. I then highlighted some of the flowers and leaves with watercolor pencils to make the color more intense. I went for dessert today and applied a gold pen around the edge of the flower panel and the sentiment and added some gold beads in the corners. The gold embossing is hard to see but it looks pretty cool. TFL!

Love the background stamp you used, and the sponging/coloring. I bet it looks awesome IRL!

well this has to be one of the prettiest cards i've looked at in a long time. wish i did pretty better. yes it's been really icky here too but at least we're not threatened by tornados. sometimes i think the midwest isn't a bad place to be.
