I have been wanting to try this since the first time I ever seen it done so, THANKS for this challenge Joan. I did remember about that gluing forever thing in the forum so, I stuck some scotch tape all over the back side of this so all I had to do was press the tiny pieces ( between the birds legs and one in the branches) into the holes. The branch part was a scrap that was the edges of something that had been splatter sprayed a while back around a stencil. I paper pieced the scrap of red in for the bird. the stickles was still wet while this was shot and that panel is up on pop dots. tfl.

A gorgeous card. Even after you telling/explaining how you did it I STILL can't quite figure it out. lol All that work and attention to little details really shows in this beautiful card.
