This is first attempt with the Gelli Print Plate. Just using it once, I got lots of backgrounds to use. I am submitting this for the the Mix-Ability Challenge to be monochromatic, and for the You Can Do It Challenge post #796 to use a silhouette Challenge. I hadn't crafted for a while. Feels good to play in my craft room again.

I will say the silhouette stamp didn't do too well over the print, because it is textured.

Sharon, this is so cool! I love the textured swirls from the gelli plate and the silhouette is pretty too. Would it make a difference if you stamped first and then used the gelli plate?

Fantastic Sharon! SO glad you joined the fun and your background is fabulous! I have trouble stamping on mine too and even had the ink bleed on me long after it was dry. Beautiful card!

Very cool! My Gelli plate and I don't get along very well so far, can't believe how terrific your first prints turned out! And I like the texture behind the silhouette!

This is a technique I have never tried and don't think I will! I think you did great on your first try! Love the color choices and your silhouette is fine! tfs
