Always fun playing my 2 favorite Challenges in one card :-) This weeks Color Challenge by Mary is awesome using a Medley of colors from the new Sweet Sorbet DSP in the SAB catty. I used all 5 of the colors :-) No dessert this time...
My card design was inspired by Jen's CAS265 Color Blocking with a twist challenge. I did not use a die or punch, but did fussy cut my vases (hope that counts). Also I had an ides to use this stencil for a color blocking effect. I think it worked..do you?
I really like how crisp the colors and pretty vase images turned out. This is a new single wood stamp in the Occasions SU mini that ends May 31st. I am so glad I got it. It actually has 5 vases, but I stamped, colored and cut out only 3 for my card.
Could not resist adding this tiny die cut copper butterfly.
Enjoy and Happy Spring! Thanks again Mary and Jen for awesome challenges that made my card come together so easily. Hugs...

Hi, Nancy! I just had to stop here and tell you how sweet I think this card is. It caught my eye from a mile away. Just love those vases and colors and the bit of shading you did to ground the vases. They remind me a little bit of my Vases in Vogue set, which I have always enjoyed.
