Playing with the gelli plate and trying for neutrals. Working with dry paint and having to scoop it out with sticks was messy. I did have a tube of fresh white. By using the white paint and reinkers for color, clean up was SO much easier and working time was longer. It rolled on easier too! Die cut the poppy, inlaid it and shaded a bit with pencils. Beautiful contrast between that gorgeous background and the beautiful deep red poppy. Wonderful stitching on the delicate flourish, another fabulous creation!
