CAS261 = not to use a neutral base. I am not counting my "base" base since I make cards to send, not just for the sheer joy of creating. I had no green of this shade of that heavy wt. which I like for a card. So for this challenge just consider my green panel.
TLC470 = a terrific original technique presented by Sabrina. Read about it HERE.
Need a few St. Pat's cards and these challenges started my stash.

I was thinking of skipping the TLC challenge this week (all those LOVEFEST cards have my family a little tired of me and my cards) but you card looks so great I might have to give it a try. You sure chose great papers and made an awsome card.

Hi, Sallie. I enjoy celebrating St. Patrick's Day so this caught my eye, but I didn't realize this was yours. Nice way to embrace pattern and intense colors today. Cool technique that I will have to play around with.

Wow, and wow. Super cool card. I love all the little bits of dp, that it took to make this collage of shades of green, for this panel. This took a lot of time, but was so worth it. Gorgeous card. tfs.

What a wonderful St. Patrick's Day card Sallie. I love how you used the technique and all those green patterns are just fabulous! Great job combining both challenges.
