yes, I know, this is not my usual but I sometimes like to do altered art or mixed media too. It's fun to get my hands crusted with paint and glaze. Stick stuff here and there...just mess with junk!
I decided not to include paper so I stamped directly onto the board but I did use a stamp aligner to make sure I didn't ruin the whole thing by stamping crooked. The bumps are drizzles of hot glue and then I gessoed and added coarse glitter while wet. I then glazed with white and turquoise. Let it dry and added copper. I then added some pattern with mash and die cut chicken wire and a sponge brush with more glaze. The roses are pre-made by Prima and the leaf die is from Spellbinders.

Those colours are simply gorgeous - they remind me of a painting I have of a January bouquet, with Chinese Lanterns and a pale aqua background. Hot glue - what a great idea for the challenge.
