After a few hours of coloring this with pencil I had a senior moment and colored the sky baby blue ruining all contrast. So I scanned the artwork and digitally enhanced it by removing the blue color. It worked. Added some distressed scraps to the background, a little hardware and some easy stitches. I splattered white acrylic paint using a small brush. Thanks for looking

Gorgeous pencil coloring, distressing, sponging, etc. and amazing how you scanned and fixed your blue sky. I am so impressed. TFS You are making me want to get out some of my older vintage style Christmas stamps.

Coulda knocked me over w/a feather! LOVE, LOVE this card! The image is ... well ... at first I was thinking professional photograph, then pencil drawing enhanced w/a bit of color like an old photograph, then I just decided the image, coloring and card design was just plain A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
