I stamped Anna's Wight's Whipper Snapper image "Umbrella and Slicker" with Marvy black dye ink onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers. For the raindrops on the umbrella, I used a white Uniball Signo pen and added some slight shadows with Copics. I cut the image with a Nestabilities circle die using the out-of-the-box technique. It was framed with a textured light blue cardstock. The card panel is from a patterned paper scrap (sorry, source unknown...but I'm thinking it is pretty current), and is also framed with the textured cardstock.
The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and is from My Favorite Things. Three glass crystal drops put the finishing touches on this card.

Kecia, this just jumped out of the gallery and grabbed me with it's sheer warm, vibrant colour - and I'm a sucker for umbrella images - this is darling!

Love this image! I know I have it somewhere and your card has inspired me to pull it out again. I just hope I can make something half as beautiful as yours!
