I made this card for this week's sketch and Teapot Tuesday. The teaparty this week is for Linda, who's had many hobbies over the years but love gardening. I'm providing some roses here, and an encouraging verse to help her through her difficult time with cancer.

How gorgeous. Love that verse and how you framed it with the pretty flowers and soft sponging...nostalgic looking, and so warm and rich...LOVE it, as will Linda...beautiful job...TFS..I have never done that distressed look, it is so neat..will have to figure it out and give it a try...:0)

Just a wonderful card for someone going through such a difficult time. She is sure to love your fabulous garden card with a such a special message.

I love that verse - it's one of my favourites. It reminds me always of the first time I heard DH sing, it was a chorus based on that verse. And what gorgeous warm, rich colours you've used for your floral posy, too. I love the tiny flowery paper too.
