This week Mary selected calypso coral, pool party and soft suede for the color challenge. For dessert she thought we could do a non-traditional colors valentine card. It will be a soft calypso party.
I think these colors are so lovely! I used the Greeting Cards Kids stamp (she is pretty cute too) and stamped four images. I fussy cut and layered one full image, the dress, shoes, face, hair and the raised arm. The next layer is the dress, raised arm and hair. The top layer is the raised arm. I tried to get a photo to show the dimension, not sure how successful I was.
The card was made with the SpellBinders Label Seventeen die with the top edge not cut. Then I used the next size down for the pool party panel. The scalloped circle is in calypso coral. The image circle is raised on dimensionals.
For the sentiment (XOXOXO) I used one of the stamps I got from sweet Pam McKay over Christmas!
Love this sweet color palette Mary!

Kathleen, you have used one of those sweet little "Cambell's Soup" kids, as I call them. They so remind me of the kids in their old commercials. I know, I know..........I'm really dating myself!! I love how you made a non traditional shaped card too. I hardly every do that, I should sometime. And I can't believe all that fussy cutting you did. It's fantastic. Great coloring too!!!!
