I was inspired by today's Color Challenge and the Tuesday Teapot Challenge to make this card for my DD. You know it takes a village.. or in this case a lot of inspiration from hostesses here on SCS. A story: When I saw the colors Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, and Raspberry Ripple, I thought one of the colors isn't SU. So, I got my card color chart out and there it was! Now, I always get the new in colors when they come out, so I knew I had to have it! And sure enough, never had used the CS or the Ink pad. How bad is that?? Anyway thank you Julia (artystamper) for making me use it!!! LOL And Marie inspired me to get out my second favorite set Terrific Tulips (2nd to Lovely as a Tree) and used an EF I have only used one other time!! This is also for our All Occasion Card Challenge, ( to do our cards ahead of time) And this is for the 20th! Thanks for all the inspiration and thanks for looking!

Sharon, those tulips are gorgeous! You matched them so perfectly to the bg patterned paper! Glad you got a card made in lots of time for your DD's birthday.
This teapoty challenge didn't need to be a 'Thinking of you' card.......only if you chose to send it to Sherry. but you can do anything you wish with the card, so it was perfectly o.k. to make a 'garden' card for your DD!

That is one very pretty birthday card. You can't beat tulips, they're always lovely. And these are my favourite sort and colour. Not so fond of the frilly parrot ones!

What a beautiful card. You don't always have to make cards for the destination station. You can make them for whomever or whatever you decide. I'm sure you DD is going to love this card, I know I do. TFS
