Flawless...unlike my attempt at masking this Scripture, and yet....I am going with it. This is to honor Lynn, our current FS. What a gallery to gaze! I chose this card, because of the tree, and Lynn's great layout.
Needing a masculine encouragement card for a friend who loves God, and also his cabin, I thought he would like this. The inside contains the complete Scripture from ODBD and is stamped on designer paper, framed in choc chip. It reads:
"Every word of God is flawless; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him." Proverbs 30:5
I used a Stampscapes cabin image, and stamped it on a paper thin cut of actual wood. Oh my...the struggles I faced this day! Copics tend to run a tad on wood.... Still, if my friend likes it, it's all good!
Lynn, enjoy your day in the sun! Thanks for the inspiration! And thanks for looking!

Mercy me - look at this lovely creation. You adventuresome woman you, Copics on wood!! That cabin is the real deal, I would expect nothing less from you, you put your heart into everything you create with a desire to bring it to life on paper, and you do it so well. Lovely layers, especially like those distressed edges around the paper the cabin sits on. Great scripture and a very uplifting card. LYMI ((Hugs))

Loving the outdoor woodsy look of this fabulous card. I could go for a cabin in the woods right about now. In fact that was my ultimate craft project. My DH and I built a log home back in the late 80's. It's back in Connecticut (that was another recession ago)lol I can see myself sitting by the fire crocheting a pretty afghan with some fixings in the crock pot and my family out in the woods deer hunting. I just love the trees and greenery you used in this scene. Super sensational.
