Julia gave us a color challenge I would not normally think of putting together (Basic Grey, Chocolate Chip, Gumball Green), but 2/3 my battle was taken care of when I remembered I had this masculine dp with the basic color green in the challenge with some brown faux stitching in it. All I had to do was add grey cs. My upload makes the chocolate cs almost look black - but it is definitely brown.
The image and sentiment are colored with Copics, I added some rusting on the old truck in several places (not sure it shows up in my upload). Added screw brads, and a metal swirl embellie.
This is going to my Dad for his birthday. Sure hope it puts a smile on his face. Hope you like it too TFL.

Nice man card. I love all the distressing and the burnished paper clip really adds some punch to your card.

What a great card for your dad! I can see the rust..how clever to add that detail..love those screw brads and you're right..that dp couldn't be more perfect for this challenge!
