Today's Featured Stamper is Debbie (swldebbie) - what a fun gallery full of beautiful creations...I chose this card and kept the theme of relaxing in the sun, using a Sweet 'n Sassy image I got recently for my birthday. The umbrella has been paper pieced and the sky is sponged using a Papertrey Ink cloud die cut. I also kept the general layout but changed the flowers to a bright yellow sun and moved the sentiment up.
Enjoy your time as Featured Stamper, Debbie, and congratulations!

You did a great job staying true to the inspiration piece while also making it your own.
I like how you changed the orientation, and incorporated the 3D sun since your image didn't have one.
It is pretty amazing that you matched Pool Party to a dsp from another company. (yay, SU! for being on trend with colors). The umbrella is the perfect color and pattern to tie the background dsp all together.

What a wonderful, restful beach scene, Bridget! Love the big sun and patterned umbrella. Reminds me of all the summers I spent on the beach in the town where I grew up.

Love this paradise image, Bridget and your sunshiny colors make me feel as though I was really there! Some day I want to learn to sponge clouds in the sky like you!
Wonderful card, Bridget! I love the colors, as they're very uplifting and as usual, your cloud BG is outstanding! The dimensional sun, pieced umbrella and coloring are fabulous!
