This is for FS268 and our challenge was to feature ourselves. I was inspired to recreate Spring Chicks found here: Spring Chicks by kittie747 at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the same basic layout and animal theme but changed the images to Angels Landing Nature Babies 2 Fox, Raccoon and Squirrel, background colorfrom pink to blue and replaced the fence line with a border of field grass and wild flowers. I printed the image twice on plain white cardstock so I could pop up the squirrel and raccoon in front of the fox and have grass in between them. I heat set the ink really well before watercoloring with reinker. I picked my colors and got lots of helpful hints by referring to Judi's wonderful Coloring Guide found here: http://www.angelslanding.com/wordpre...ng-guides/#fox Although I don't use Copics to color Judi's guide will be helpful to you no matter what medium you use. I die cut the tree using watercolor paper and painted the limbs and leaves with reinkers. My blog: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kittiekraft/
