This is my FIRST challenge since October. I am so excited to be here. I don't remember how to upload, but will figure it out.
For those of you who don't know, I was diagnosed with dystonia (writer's cramp) in September. The treatment is Botox, which is temporary and needs to be repeated. The Botox lasts approximately 4 months. My treatment (had in October) did not go as planned, and my right hand has been partially paralyzed for two months now. Sooooo, I was unable to do a lot of things. Finally I am much better, and I can press the button on the camera and do a little stamping. (I will NOT be repeating the Botox treatment. That stuff is nasty.)
I chose the QFTD94 as my return-to-SCS challenge. I love Wendy's cards and knew I'd find something beautiful to CASE. I chose her Borders & Wishes card. I changed the colors, but it is otherwise pretty much the same.
Making this card is physical therapy for me since I need to get these muscles moving and regain strength. (I'm really lucky this is temporary.)
Congrats, Wendy. I hope you enjoy your week.
I'll be back tomorrow to comment.

Oh, Lori - I'm so sorry to hear you've had such a bad time of it over the past few months. I hope that you'll find yourself improving and gaining strength quickly now. This is a beautiful card, such a fabulous color combo, and you've really captured Wendy's style!

Oops! I forgot to mention that I'm sorry you had to go through such a difficult time with your wrist, but hopefully it will improve for you now! I'm just recovering too from hip replacement surgery which is why I haven't done the challenges for a couple months either! We'll mend together
