I combined today's Teapot Challenge Hey Gingerbread Fred and today's colour challenge - lucky limeade, calipso coral and wisteria wonder. And also yesterday's Clean and Simple challenge - CAS149 - a sketch challenge.
I stamped my gingerbread men onto kraft card stock, cut them out and sponged the edges with vintage sepia. Used a white gel pen for the frosting. Attached the brads and applied Stickles to the brads on their tummy's. Made the base card and the die cut panel behind the gingerbread men. Sewed the edges. Stamped sentiment onto the lilac dp. Die cut sentiment, sponged enges and added the stickles. Punched out three fern leaves, adherred to the panel, made the bow and glued it over top the leaves. Sewed two lines from the leaves down to where the gingerbread men would hang. Popped up the gingerbread men.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat

Oh my! Isn't this cute? Those are really looking like little cookies on your card Pat! I love the contrast of the dark colors against the green...its very festive and fun! And look at all that sewing, your signature......The wee little hint of gold sparkle just adds to the festive look! Love it!
