Today's challenge is to use paint on a card. I used the one stroke painting to make the flowers. The center of the flower was dotted with sharpie poster paint pen. I added a sentiment, gem ribbon and bow. tfl
I'm so happy to be making a card again. All the hype is over. A crew from the Today Show came yesterday afternoon. They were soooooo nice. They stayed for about two hours, and took video of my husband milking a cow, and then the reporter doing it. They went around the farm and took video of everything. It is going to be aired next Thursday morning. The today show will be live from Lambeau Field the morning of the season opener. It might be only a 5 second clip. I don't know. It really was a fun experience.

Your card is beautiful. The flowers and the stems and leaves all just seem to jump off the page! Anybody would be just thrilled to receive this anniversary card.

Your light colored flowers on the dark bg are beautiful!! I was always going to try that 1 stroke painting, but still haven't. I'm glad things went well with the reporters and news media. You will have to be sure to get it on tape. It sounds very exciting. I hope you can get some well deserved rest now.
