This IC website is AMAZING!! There are SO many buttons I WANT!! lol
Loretta and Stephanie, thank you!! I had fun creating this card!
I was inspired by the VintageAds. They are absolutely incredible!! SO fun to browse through!
A couple of years ago I was given a tin box FILLED with vintage buttons. I wasn't sure if I was ever going to use them, but I took the tin anyway. The button used on my card is from that tin of vintage buttons. When I first saw this site I KNEW I HAD to use one of those buttons!
I hope you like my VERY Vintage, Shabby Chic card!

This is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous creation, Jenna.
It never fails! I think I have looked at EVERYTHING on the IC website and someone makes a card inspired by an image that never appeared on my computer. Must go look around some more.
Again, your card is fantastic.

That ad you chose for inspiration is gorgeous, and so is your card!! I love the little print and yummy ribbon. How fab to receive the tin with buttons, and use one!

I had great fun looking at those ads too - even if they made me feel a bit old :-O. I have a Vogue dressmaking magazine somewhere downstairs that has ads just like some of the Fifties or Sixties ones, which my mother gave me when I was learning to sew. Perfect choice of paper to give the real vintage look, and fabulous sponging.
