This weeks challenge is to bring masculine golf cards!
My card will be going to Nathan, he is a young man (31) currently undergoing chemo for acute myelogenous leukemia. You can read his story by following the link. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used Golf Riley for my card today. Riley is coloured with copics and I coloured his putter with a silver copic atyou spica. For a little dimension, I added a white brad as the golf ball.
The card base is night of navy, with a layer of dp from Basic Greys Oliver. The giant golf ball was made with the largest circle nestie and then embossed with the tiny bubbles EF and the edges are sponged with sahara sand.
The main image is popped up. The sentiment is from a clear set I got a while back from Kolette Hall/Hampton Art called circle sentiments.
I finished it off with some taffeta ribbon and a little buckle!

Wow, Laurie, this card is awesome!! Love the coloring on Riley - the perfect image for a golfer - look at his form!! and the reversed embossing for your golf ball was a STROKE of genius!! Hope that is the stroke he won the game against Sir Gee He Golfsalot with!! Super card!!

Yikes, Riley looks really serious, watch out Sir Golfsalot III, you may get in the way of a pro!
Great card, love your coloring and layout!

This card is so great! I love the texture on that giant golf ball, your fun sentiment, and that cute image. What a super card - he will love it for sure.
