After making my girly grad card someone asked me to make 20 grad invitations for their son. I was telling my neighbor about my struggles to make a tassel. She directed my to Jackie Topa's tutorial
I ended up not only learning the proper way to make a tassel but casing her grad gown. I changed the colors to the school colors and changed a few things. I think this Jackie girl is quite brilliant!
If anybody can tell me how to make a link stay in a blog post that would be fabulous!

Look at those mitred corners! You're pretty sophisitcated in your talents. AND Im totally impressed with your tassels. Thanks for hte link, not that I'll every do tassels, but if hte need ever arises, I'll know where to go. This is wonderful. You're a special person to make 20 of these for a friend.
