Our StampinB challenge this week was made by Nancyruth to create a card with a spring scene.
I have a new SU set that I think is so adorable. I LOVE to watch birds in bird baths, so this stamp really appealed to me. Plus, they are so cute. I love the bird flying toward the bath.
I didn't do too much to fancy up the image and image panel as I thought the image should be the focal point. I just colored with copics and added a few sparkly stickles to the water drops which you can't see in photo. I kept the design simple since the sentiment is "enjoy the simple things in life"! Am I smart or what - NOT!
I added some filigree brads which I continue to hoard and placed rhinestones on top of each one and a ribbon.

What a great card Pamzi! Love the brads with the rhinestones - what a great touch - makes them really standout. That is an adorable scene. I love to watch birds in birdbaths too - I need to get one. Lovely papers too. This is a great Spring scene - you did a magnificent job on it.
Hey, I remember your comment on my surfboard card - Nutzis are not allowed on them either!

I just realized you haven't been around much yourself, Pam!! I didn't know you weren't because I haven't been either, as you know. Anyway.....your card is lovely....that dp is gorgeous....it looks hand stamped.
