Oh dear, that was a bit silly of Jake and Joe to leave their barrow unattended after all their hard work harvesting those carrots - Reggie has just been waiting for an opportunity to find a nice lunchtime snack .
No vegetable stamps here, so I've improvised with a bit of masking.
A2 base sponged with Peeled Paint, Thoughts and Prayers stamped in the same colour, edges sponged with Vintage Photo.
Image panel is on watercolour paper. I stamped the barrow from Blooming with Love, and masked it, adding a second little strip of masking above it to draw the carrots in. Carrot foliage is from Vintage Vogue, stamped in Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters. I removed my little masking strip and drew in the carrots with a black pen. With the barrow still masked I stamped the fence from Kittie Kits Cause a Scene (Garden) in StazOn Timber Brown, and added a few little flower clumps with Versafine Olympia Green. More foliage from Thoughts and Prayers stamped around the top, Liquid Pearls for pink blossom, and also on the little flower clumps.
Reggie is Penny Black Bunny Talk, coloured with re-inkers and popped up on foam. I coloured the grass and sky with distress inks, distressed the edges and sponged them with Vintage Photo, and then added it to the base.
What better to bring along than carrot cake with the carrots I rescued before Reggie and the other Von Veggies found them .

Wow, after reading your description, I am exhausted...lol This sounds like it was a lot of work. It certainly is a delightful scene and just perfect to match the teapot story this week. That bunny is just adorable. What a dynamite card. You are truly gifted in stamping and masking.

What a super scene - I will never look at thoughts and prayers the same - I will now see new possibilities with it. I put this in my favorites so I could remember what you did - awesome work!

Gorgeous, gorgeous card. I love the watercoloring and the way you made the carrots. It's such a pretty garden scene with the foliage around to top too. A wonderful peaceful, serene scene - the kind of garden I love strolling through. It reminds me of visiting my grandmother's garden when I was a child. Except then it was all play, she put me to work!!
