I made this card for the StampinB challenge this week to use paper piecing and monochromatic blues with one neutral. I happen to be a blue and white fanatic, so this was right up my alley.
I don't know why I came up with the idea of paper piecing this clock. Not a clue, but I did. I used the SU Springtime Vintage dsp for the b/g matting and the paper piecing.
The b/g nestie was adorned with pearls given to me by my SCS and now "real life" friend, AudreyAnn. Thanks for the lovely pearls Audrey!
I used a border punch on the bottom, an ef on the horizontal panel along with some medallion punches with flowers. I found the sentiment in my scrapbook stashes.
Thanks so much for taking a look and if you want to join in the fun of the StampinB challenge, see my signature line and click on Stampin'B to get to the blog.
This also qualifies for the DD Challenge to use punches or nesties!

I must say, Ms. Pam, that is the prettiest clock I've ever seen. Of course the entire card is gorgeous, with the pearls and layout. And, it's in blues - my favorite color. You did a WOW job on this card!

OMGoodness PAMZI - you've outdone yourself again with this beauty!! I am so in love with that paper - the blues are so soft they just pull the eye in! And the Not Quite Navy sets it off and makes everything POP - and ooooooh I LOVE what you've done with those peals. I just knew you'd put those beauties to good use - and WOW did you ever. They are so lovely amongst those beautiful little roses too.
This card is so unique - there's so many wondeful little details - I love every beautiful inch of it.
