Embossing was done with the Cuttlebug sets Just My Type and Frills. Scor-Pal was used to emboss the straight lines which serves as a nice way to hide those unsightly lines sometimes left by the embossing process.
My out of the box technique: I have a guillotine paper cutter, I cut to the line on the front, hold the panel to a light source (window or lamp) and mark the image on the back and cut to that line. If cutting between the lines is needed I use a Coluzzle and craft knife (remember that tool?)
Coloring was done with Prismacolor pencils and baby oil for blending with paper stumps.
The sentiment was stamped using a stamp positioner.
The image panel was attached to the first border then a ¼” circle is punched in the two layers at on the lower left side. I tied the ribbon in a bow around a bottle (about 1” in diameter) and slipped it off. Placed the knot over the punch out and cut the end according to length needed. The longest end going to the right was threaded through the hole. These panels were attached to the next two layers and the ribbon is taped to the back side of the largest green border.
The insert and envelope are embossed with the Just My Type dots and straight Scor-Pal lines.

Roxie, this card is so beautifully soft and feminine! I loe the sheer ribbon to compliment the dots. Great idea of embossing a line across the mark let by the cuttlebug!
