This is my card for this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge. This week we are headed to Farmington, New Mexico to educate Hamilton and Hettie Horner's young son, Little Jack, in all things sports- related so he can have a starring role in a film about the life story of famous coach Teddy. Right now, he's clueless about sports! How can it be? A little boy who only likes noodles and poodles and no sports? To hear more of the story, check it out here: MMTPT135 ~ HE SLURPED UP A NOODLE, GAVE ONE TO HIS POODLE! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
In real life, this card is for a young man named Bobby who was involved in a bad accident that left him with serious burns. He has coached young kids all his life and truly has a gift and he is anxious to put the accident in the past and get back to his coaching and church activities. Read more about Bobby's story here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
We are hoping our sports cards while bring a smile to Bobby's face when he gets them.
I'm traveling this week with limited internet access so I may not have a chance to comment on everyone's great cards for Bobby. I still wanted to share mine since it's already in the mail to him.

Hope you're enjoying your travels, Carla. This is a wonderful card with an old-fashioned look to it - not quite vintage, but those colours and the style of the image are like an illustration out of an old book.

What a great card! Love the expression on his face, and I'm sure that's one of Bobby's joys... seeing the happiness on young athlete's faces as they excel in their chosen sports.
