Notice how the photographer considerately kept Dracula out of the sunlight.
The stitching is part of the two-tags (Stampin' Up!) die-cut. It comes that way. You'd be out of luck if you didn't want stitching.
I punched the drippy goo border on a rectangle of CS then lined it up on the die-cut and cut it out so that it would fit over the base tag from the same die-cut.

These are absolutely some of the best Halloween tags I've seen! You did a remarkable job on these. I love them. I'm intrigued how you did the immaculate stitching around the tag. How did you do it so perfectly??? Great stuff!
