Anne Ryan chose Cook22(aka Sabrina) as today's queen. GREAT choice!! Not only does Sabrina have an awesome gallery, she consistently leaves kind comments on fellow stamper's cards.
I chose this card of hers top CASE. I kept the hen motif with a different image and the same basic layout. I changed the color scheme and added a punny sentiment. The reason I chose her card is that chickens have special meaning for me. My father grew up on a chicken farm and I spent 2 weeks every summer there with my grandmother, aunt and uncles. It was a wonderful time for a "city girl"! : )
Congratulations, Sabrina! I'm thrilled for you!

This is just super darling. Your chicken looks sooo sweet, but as we all know chickens aren't this sweet when you try to take their eggs from them. hehe I just love your card. Well done. TFS :0)

What an adorable card. Love the chicken, the DP, and the cute sentiment. Great coloring on the chicken.
A few years ago, I went to a county fair for the first time. I fell in love with the roosters, and now I take vacation when the fair is going on so I can go see the awesome roosters. The fair is next week, and I can't wait.

Oh, Sallie, how cute is this card?? I, too, came into stamping after the "chicken wire BG", and I love the look of it (wishing I had it now) Your button and ribbon treatment and the adorable chicken image remind me of my grandparents farm when I was very young - many, MANY years ago. Such a "down home" feel to this great CASE of Our Queen this week. TFS

This is just adorable! Love the chicken on the black background; it makes it really pop and it is colored beautifully! Great card!
