Another Thursday means another Diva Inspiration Challenge. This week's pic is of a spring chick in between daffodils.
I made my daffodils using the 5 Petal Punch and the 1-3/8" Circle Punch. I layered to 5 petal flowers together and then centered the circle on top with a brad and then worked the circle up to bend and flow around that brad. I sponged all the edges of each punched image. You have to work the circle a bit and rough it up, but in the end it behaves and does what it's supposed to do.
I colored the stems from the Inspired By Nature set with my Garden Green marker and stamped those for my flower stems. I also outlined the edge of the stems with the Glorious Green marker. I then inked up the other side of that stamp (grass) in Old Olive and stamped that a few times to fill in.
When I added my daffodils to the card, I added Dimensionals behind them to make them stand out more.
I wish everyone a very Blessed and Happy Easter!!
