Today's Clean and Simple challenge was to Think Spring! And to me, the first butterfly makes my heart flutter even more than the first robin (neither of which we have in the snow in the Hudson Valley yet!)
I used a butterfly stamp by Raindrops on Roses, stamped it with VersaFine Sepia onto watercolor paper, gave it a color wash with a tiny brush and markers, then coated it with sepia tinted liquid embossing for a soft and subtle look. I scored it with my new MS scorepad.
I layered 2 ribbons (slippery!) using my tape runner to hold them in place. The sentiment is computer generated. I've left the inside blank for an appropriate sentiment when I decide who will get this card.
Thanks for looking! I hope you like it, and Think Spring!
Hugggs!
