Lovely sketch today, Roxie, I like diagonals...
I used this sweet little Tina Wenke stamp from Stampavie. I thought it would do if DH wants another card to send to a friend in Paris who is going through a tough time.
A2 base, all papers Basic Grey - Gypsy for the patterned one. Stamped the image on watercolour paper, coloured with H2Os, distressed the edges, layered up on solid brown/green paper. The cream layer was embossed with the leafy ef and sponged with green. I added gold brads in two opposite corners and on the computer-generated sentiment. All edges except the image panel are sponged with black.

So very nicely done... love the background... great idea, and love the stamp... so sweet... Very nice to send to someone who is having problems... very sincere... and yet uplifting... nice!!!! Happy New Year..
