This was supposed to be a case of this card by SmillynStef: IC201 ~ Marbled Agapanthus by SmilynStef at Splitcoaststampers
but I think it turned into more of an inspiration than a case by the time I was done. I had just gotten this new Hero Arts bg image and really wanted to use it. It turned out to be a little large and left no room for a sentiment at the top. My background piece is from the scrap pile, a piece of polished stone that I wasn't sure I liked very much. It's done in blues with a bit of copper that seemed to take over the whole thing. Used a piece of hardware to add the sentiment and just a strip of velvet ribbon for accent.
Things I changed....nearly everything! But for sure, the image, placement of sentiment, added hardware and ribbon. Think this works pretty well as a masculine card!
